As a Maintenance Assistant at Castle Peak, you will be on-the-move to identify maintenance issues and work hands on to correct them. You will also perform routine maintenance repairs at the campus. As a Bus Driver, you will drive a bus to help with access for our residents by bringing them to scheduled events. Summary The driver transports sophisticated medical equipment to customer sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The driver s primary responsibility is to transport the mobile unit to customer locations. The driver is responsible for the maintenance of the truck and trailer which includes; checking and maintaining the fire extinguishers, patient lift, smoke detectors and emergency lighting and scheduling and documenting preventive maintenance as necessary. Drivers inspect the truck before and after each trip and submit a report indicating truck conditions. Drivers maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
