The Opportunity:
In this role you will:  <ul><li>Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients </li><li>Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow </li><li>Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership </li><li>Oversee the capital planning process for new projects </li><li>Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings </li><li>Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks </li></ul>We would love to hear from you if you:    <ul><li>Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions </li><li>Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating on large mission critical projects such as Pharma</li><li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline </li><li>Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees </li></ul> All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. The salary range for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
